酿酒生物技术及应用四川省重点实验室是在四川理工学院省级重点建设学科——发酵工程学科的基础上,由四川理工学院、泸州老窖股份有限公司和四川省食品发酵工业研究设计院联合共建,面向省内外开放的重点实验室。 实验室实行“开放、流动、联合、竞争”的运行机制,鼓励体制创新和机制创新。根据研究方向设置开放基 金和开放课题,吸引国内外优秀科技人才,加大开放力度,积极开展国际和国内合作与学术交流。实验平台的通用设备面向行业开放;大型专用设备实行在专门技术人员指导下开放使用,在完成本实验室科学技术研究及高层次人才培养任务的前提下,面向省内外开放。本实验室立足于酿酒生物技术及应用研究,与酒类生产企业合作,开发新技术新产品;为企业提供技术咨询及配套工程设计、技术培训等。
